We completed a strip-out, refurbishment and CAT-A fit-out works to commercial Suites 5&6 at a fully occupied and operational Croxley Business Park for Watford Borough Council, alongside project partners, Workman LLP.

Key Points:

• Strip-out, refurbishment and fit-out of Suites 5&6

• CAT-A fit-out, including fully exposed MEP services

• Exposed existing steelwork with feature acoustic baffles

• New raised access floor throughout

• Full decoration and finishes

• Re-spraying of all existing window frames and exposed soffit panels

• Works carried out in a fully occupied building; noisy works were agreed and carried out ‘Out of Hours’ to minimise disruption to building users.
