With a rich local heritage, we proudly employ 100 staff who have supported our growth and success as a leading £55m turnover SME main building contractor that undertakes construction, refurbishment and fit-out works.

Our financial security, healthy balance sheet and strong cash reserves provide clients with the confidence to engage with us through traditional, framework and direct award procurement routes.

Through our General Contracting and Interiors divisions, we deliver projects ranging up to £10m in value for our public and private clients.

GENERAL CONTRACTING

Boasting a £30m turnover, our General Contracting team delivers complex and challenging construction, refurbishment, fit-out and minor work projects, along with carbon reduction and compliance works.

These traditional and design and build schemes range from £250k to £10m with a core focus on Schools & Academies, Further & Higher Education, Research, Community and Healthcare clients throughout London and regional Home Counties.

INTERIORS

Our Interiors division evolved from a niche opportunity to serve our clients' needs better, delivering fast-track and dynamic fit-out projects for private, retail, and commercial clients.

From shell & core, CAT A/B office space, to individual boutiques, flagship and department store retail concessions, our specialist delivery standard and strong links to design and supply-chain partners have enabled us to deliver unique and innovative schemes for some of the most prestigious high-end designer, high street fashion and household brands.
