We completed the fit-out and structural works to the 3-storey/55,000 sq.ft retail unit to form Loewe’s new luxury flagship store located on London’s exclusive New Bond Street.

Key Points:

• Complete strip-out, demolition, slab and lift removal throughout the basement, ground and first floors with conveyor ‘waste away’ set up

• Extensive structural steelwork, rib deck slabs, 23x10m deep pile boreholes

• Installation of the central lift shaft, transparent feature passenger lift capsule surrounded by cable tensioned floating staircase and curved balustrade

• Campaspero stone and polished concrete flooring with carpet inlays

• New partitions with Marmorino polished plaster wall finishes feature a vertical garden and complete shop front installation with signage

• Bespoke joinery throughout retail space and back of house including display units, shelving cabinets and feature furniture

• Full M&E services installation including DALI lighting and merchandise tagging system to achieve ‘LEED compliance certification’ for the project
