London Construction Programme Framework

The 5-year agreement, which is being led by the London Borough of Haringey’s Strategic Procurement Team, incorporates 43 London Authority/’LCP Members’ and will feature new build and refurbishment projects ranging from £1,000,000 to £5,000,000.

We secured spots on the following categories:

Category (Lot 2): Education and Leisure Nature of Work: Education and Leisure cover buildings used exclusively or partially for activities directed relating to, or supporting the leisure, care, health, industrial and commercial industries, as well as educational establishments.

Category (Lot 3): Capital Projects Nature of Works: Capital projects cover both capital projects and development works areas, including new construction, expansion, renovation, or replacement projects of an existing facility or facilities that are not covered under any other Lot of this Framework.
