Promotion: Rob Wishart - Joint Managing Director

We’re delighted to announce that, effective from 2 April 2023, Rob Wishart is promoted to Joint Managing Director.

For the coming year, Rob will work alongside our current Managing Director, Mark Hickson, before taking on the sole position from 31 March 2024.

Having joined the business as a Surveyor in 2001, Rob rose through the ranks to become Special Works Director eight years later, along with a position on T&B’s Board of Directors, where his contributions have had a significant positive impact on the business.

Moving forward, Rob - with support from his fellow Board Directors, senior management, office and site teams - will continue to deliver on our clear vision for growth whilst ensuring we uphold our reputation for providing a customer-focused, proactive and professional service for our clients and project stakeholders.
