Project Award: Sussex Place, London Business School

We’re delighted to have secured our first project for the London Business School; a phased replacement of 384 windows and 23 doors, with external façade works and minor redecoration across the listed Ratcliffe and Plowden buildings.

The initial phase, comprising the A&B wings of the Ratcliffe building, commences on site in June, with completion in mid-August. The remaining windows and doors will be replaced in Summer 2024, with works at the Plowden building completed in Summer 2025.

With a combined value of £1.5m, all works will be delivered whilst the school remains in operation
