PROJECT OVERVIEW

We created affordable housing for The Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust, the not-for-profit registered social landlord (RSL) providing housing to over 17,000 people living and working in Aylesbury and the surrounding villages of the Vale.

Key Features:

  • Demolition of existing council-owned garages and site clearance

  • Traditional brickwork and block-work construction with areas of external Weber and Pral M Monoccouche through colour render

  • Concrete roof tiles with built-in PV panels

  • External uPVC windows and doors

  • Full installation of mechanical and electrical services

  • Full internal fit-out and decoration of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces

  • Extensive external landscaping including formation of new incoming access roads, STATs and supporting infrastructure

  • Access constraints with site due to being a garage infill site - we used a dedicated RLO to liaise with the local residents
