PROJECT OVERVIEW
We created affordable housing for The Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust, the not-for-profit registered social landlord (RSL) providing housing to over 17,000 people living and working in Aylesbury and the surrounding villages of the Vale.
Key Features:
Demolition of existing council-owned garages and site clearance
Traditional brickwork and block-work construction with areas of external Weber and Pral M Monoccouche through colour render
Concrete roof tiles with built-in PV panels
External uPVC windows and doors
Full installation of mechanical and electrical services
Full internal fit-out and decoration of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces
Extensive external landscaping including formation of new incoming access roads, STATs and supporting infrastructure
Access constraints with site due to being a garage infill site - we used a dedicated RLO to liaise with the local residents
