Hotel in the Park, Tower Hamlets

We handed over the refurbishment of the Hotel in the Park to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.

Procured via a 2-stage tender this project saw the redecoration of the ground floor along with the conversion of a derelict first floor into two 2-bed flat units and associated care. The NHS will use the ground floor for respite care whilst the first floor will be privately rented out.
