The Life and Medical Sciences Programme at UCL saw two central phases, referred to as 'Contract A' and 'Contract B'. These phases facilitated the comprehensive refurbishment and alteration of twelve distinct areas situated across the Bloomsbury Estate. The scope of each individual project varied, with key upgrades including Fire Stopping, Lighting, FF&E, MEP and replacement of all finishes (Flooring, Ceilings and Decorations).
